Definitions

A person aged 18 or older.

The term non-Hispanic refers to persons who trace their origins or descent to a place other than Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Spanish speaking Central and South America countries, and other Spanish cultures. People who identify their ethnicity as non-Hispanic may be of any race.

Visual acuity with best correction in the better eye worse than or equal to 20/200 or a visual field extent of less than 20 degrees in diameter.
